Teal Consulting Group was established in January of 2012 to assist the public with financial consulting needs. Our team has a passion for providing our clients with both accurate and personalized assistance. Marcia K. Teal CPA/ABV/CFF/CGMA, ASA, MBA is the founder and a Partner of Teal Consulting Group, LLC.   She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an Accredited Business Valuator (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA).

With over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, business valuation and forensic accounting, Marcia has the diverse experience you need.  Marcia has over ten years of experience specifically to Business Valuations, and Forensic Services with two different national CPA firms.  We are sensitive to the personal side of divorce and to the confidential nature of financial investigations.  We offer highly personalized service for your specific needs and believe that communication and discretion are keys to a team approach.

Samantha L. Teal is the Business Development Manager at Teal Consulting Group, LLC. Samantha holds her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Samantha is also currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration for the University.

With experience in assisting with financial projects, Samantha has gained valuable insider knowledge, and enjoys consulting with clients. Samantha takes interest in projects on an individual level, and enjoys getting to know each story as its own. Samantha is responsible at Teal Consulting Group for community outreach & development, networking, social media, website development, financial & industry trends; all while continuously improving our Company, her knowledge within the field, and the client’s experience.

Samantha also enjoys visiting museums and local attractions, taking and editing amateur photography, completing graphic design projects, and spending time with her family.
